That’s why we’ve set up our Customer Panel – so we can listen to what our customers are saying and use that feedback to improve the way we work, while also keeping you updated with how your views have changed the way we do things.

How do I get involved?

To join our Customer Panel, just click here and complete a short profiling survey so we get to know you a little better.*

* To be eligible for our Customer Panel you must have an active car insurance policy with us.

What happens?

We’ll email you no more than once a month to ask for your feedback, and we’ll also update you on how your feedback is helping us improve the service we provide to our customers.
