What do I need to know about the cover?

  • Legal costs and expenses up to £100,000 to help you recover uninsured losses such as compensation for personal injury, recovery of your policy excess and hire car costs after an accident that wasn't your fault
  • Up to £25,000 to defend a motoring prosecution arising while you were driving your car
  • Gives you 24/7 access to our Motor Legal helpline
  • This cover is underwritten by Covéa Insurance plc, who also underwrite our car insurance policies 
  • You must report your accident to us as soon as possible
  • Your legal representative will review your legal expenses claim with you, and represent you if the claim is more likely than not to be successful
