In recent months, the car insurance market has seen a surge in claims costs, resulting in substantial price hikes. This has made it challenging for us to provide competitive rates. As a result, we made the decision to leave the market on 17th February 2023

This means we are no longer accepting any new policies or any renewals.

As part of this decision, we have also removed access to our online portal.

We understand that you may have questions or require assistance with your policies and documents until your renewal date. Here's what you need to know:

Accessing Your Documents

If you need access to your policy documents or any important information, please contact our dedicated customer support team at help@providentinsurance.co.uk

Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive these.


Making Changes to Your Policy

If you need to make any changes to your existing policy, such as updates to your address or changes to your car, please get in touch with our customer support team on 03300 240 123. They will guide you through the process and ensure your policy remains up to date.
